About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm flying with Air China from London Heathrow to Hong Kong with a transfer in Beijing T3.

Do i need to clear customs in BJ? or just at my final destination?

No, you don’t need to clear the customs in that airport, and you need go through the following procedures. Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
