School group visit

Hi there,
I am a teacher who will be taking a group of 28 students to China next April for a 10 day tour with The School Adventure Conpany. The company have told us that we will need to apply for L type visas, but can someone tell me when we should apply for them? It seems to be either three months in advance or six. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks, Carolyn

Hey, Carolyn. It's right that you should apply for the L type. If possible, you can apply for the group L type, which is more cheaper. The best time to apply is one month before your trip.

The earliest time you can apply is three months before your trip.
