Please I need help and it's urgent

I recently got an admission at Shenyang Jianzhu University, my Jw202 form is expiring on the 31st of August 2015 so because I got the Jw202 form late I could not apply for student visa, and I've paid 3000 dollars before the form got to me. Please how long does it take to get the letter of extension? Please how much does it cost? Seriously confused!!
