What's wrong with Chinese embassy ?

I have all necessary document for applying student visa. After that I went to Chinese embassy to submit my documents . Everything was ok . But they didn't except my document and they said sorry . They should show me the cause . Can anyone help me regurding these ?

Kabber, sorry to hear that, but the consular officer usually do this without giving any reason. I think you should prepare more documents and try to submit the application a few days later.
