Can I get China Tourist Visa at Thailand, i am holding Myanmar passport?

Hello there, I plan to apply china tourist L type at Thailand on 07Sep 15. I am from Myanmar and working at Thailand now. Could you please help to check all my below list are complete in order to apply for L type to travel China for 2 weeks ?
- photocopy passport page, thai entry permit page
- photocopy work permit (valid until 25 Feb 2016)
- employment letter (from my recent work place)
-bank statement (copy)-how many months i need to show for this?
- flight booking (round trip)
-hotel reservation

apart from above, anything else I need? Thank you for your time and appreciate your soonest reply.
