Hi, I kind like worry about typhoon or heavy rain on my arrival 17-20 Sep, should I be worried? What should I dress?

According to the latest report, there is no typhoon during your stay. It will be cool, the average temp may reach to 80 F. There are shower on 17th, but it will not last for a long time. You are suggested to wear T-shirts and shorts.
