Yes, one day is enough for you to cover all the highlight spots in the slack season. If you travel there during the travel peak season, I'm afraid you need to queue in line waiting for a long time for the recreation items. In that situation, it's hard for you cover the spots as you expected in one day, so two days may be enough.
