I'm not sure if the university is suitable for Indians or not. But it indeed has many overseas students, mostly from Asian countries. So I think you won't feel strange or uncomfortable there.
Will you live at the campus that located at no.92, Beier Road?
If yes, as I know, there is no popular indian restaurant nearby. But you can go to Pakwaan Indian Restaurant. It provides authentic and delicious indian cuisines. And the prices are reasonable. The address is Gate 3, No.18, Shisanwei Road, Heping District. Hope you like.
