Hello, I'm travelling to taipei/taichung from 25-30 Sept. Is the weather ok? (Etc. Typhoon)

The previous weather statistics show that the temperature was 75 F to 85 F. It maybe have light rains. But the climate will be warm and moist. And the possibility of tyhoon will be small. You can bring light jackets and other summer clothes.0
