About:Taiwan Weather

Good time for night markets & shopping to Taipei & Taichung on 13th Oct to 18th Oct 2013?

I cannot change my flight schedule which is 13th Oct to 18th Oct 2013 to that city with my family. Is it a good time just for the night markets & shopping?

Besides that city, do you think i can consider 2 nights in Taichung?

The weather is cool to visit that city with an average temperature is around 20 to 26C, so it is a good time for shopping and night market.
I think Taichung is worth seeing, too. If you have time, it is suggested to go.
