what is the faster way to reach fenghuang, hunan from guangzhou international airport?

Prefer train and follow by catching bus. Looking for the faster way to reach Fenghuang instead by flight.

Take subway line 3 to Jiahe Wanggang Station and tranfer to line 2 to South Railway Station. Then take bullet train to get to Changsha South Railway Station. The duration is nearly three hours. After that, take a taxi to get to South Bus Station and take direct coach to get to the ancient town. It takes around 5 hours on the way.
