About:China Visa Application in USA

Would I go about getting my visa as a Kansas or Nebraska resident?

I recently moved to Nebraska but still have my Kansas drivers license.

Cindy, I think you need to submit your application to US embassy in Washington DC. It deals with applications from Nebraska.
