About:

Bus or Subway from Beijing South Railway station

Hello, we will be arriving South Railway Station from Qingdao by Train. Please tell how to go about this city. We want to visit Great Wall and Forbidden City. Someone said from railway station to Xidan. But not sure how to go and where to book our Hotel?

1. Do you wanna go to Badaling Great Wall?
If yes, you are suggested to stay at the hotel nearby North Railway Station.
This train station has several direct trains to get to the scenic area. The schedules are from 06:12 to 21:28 with the duration of around 1.5 hours. And it costs CNY 6 per person.

2. So Jinjiang Inn (BJ Zoo Branch) is a good choice for you. The price is around CNY 350 per night. It provides comfortable living environment and warm service. The surrounding environment is convenient. The address is Building 5, 11 Debao Xinyuan, Xizhimenwai Avenue. Hope you like.

3. From this hotel to Forbiddem City, you can take bus no. 685 at BJ Exhibition Center, get off at Forbidden City Bus Stop. Then walk south around 260 yards.
Or you can take a taxi directly. The cab fare is CNY 30 to 40 in the day time.
