About:Hong Kong MTR - Disneyland Resort Line

how can i get to disney from best western hotel tsim sha tsui aside from riding a taxi?

Well, do you refer to Best Western Grand Hotel?
If yes, you can take Tsuen Wan Line, and go to Lai King Station. Then take Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station and take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A.
It takes around 45 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is around 20 HKD per person.
