transportation between the 2 airports of shanghai

I found some information about transportation between the 2 airports.Line 1 bus from pudong airport to hongqiao airport is CNY 30 and took about 1 hour without traffic. But what happened if there is traffic. Subway line 2 also operates between the 2 airports and is only CNY 8.I am wondering how much time does it take by subway line 2.

1. If there is traffic jam, the duration is 1.5 to 2 hours.2. Yes, you can take subway line 2 to transport between two airports. It takes CNY 8 per person. And the duration is about 90 mins. Taking subway is not influenced a lot by traffic jam.
