transportation between the 2 airports of shanghai

I found some information about transportation between the 2 airports.

Line 1 bus from pudong airport to hongqiao airport is CNY 30 and took about 1 hour without traffic. But what happened if there is traffic.

Subway line 2 also operates between the 2 airports and is only CNY 8.

I am wondering how much time does it take by subway line 2.
