z visa denied

Question

Hi. I hope someone can answer me what is the best way to do. my employer already applied for my working permit and process for me to get a z type. when i received the documents i applied to the embassy and got denied.what we will do now? can we reapply for another work permit? previously, i already got a z type and go to china but my contract was cancelled by my employer. what I will do?please help. my employer is keep on finding ways that i can work again?

Well, if your application was turned down, then you need to wait at least 3 months and then you can apply again. I personally think that you can not do anything but waiting for three months.
