Working permit and Q visa

I'm Married to a chinese;
1. i have been living in china for 3 years , with a Q type with multiple entry for 2 years and now i decided to get a working permit (z type) which at begining will be 1 year. will the working permit cancel my Q type?
2. for me to get my working permit, i will have to go back to my country, Mauritius, but if in future i need to apply for the working permit again, will i have to leave the country again even though my wife is a chinese citizen?

Roberto, the work permit is used to apply for the Z type. Once you get your Z type, your Q type is automatically invalid. If you are required to get back to Mauritius to apply for the Z type this time, then I am afraid that you will be required to leave again to apply next time.
