Hello I am Pakistani national can i apply visa for Hong Kong through chinese embassy in uae

According to what I know, Chinese embassy in Pakistan doesn't accept applications for HK entry permits. Therefore, I am not sure that if Chinese embassy in UAE deals with the applications too. you'd better confirm with the embassy by calling +971-2-4434276.1
