We have our tkt BOM to HKG (stay 6 night) then HKG to SFO ( we are US citizen) can we visit Guangzhou by train 70h free transit with hotel confirmation.

I'm afraid you can't take advantage of the free transit policy if you go to Hong Kong to Guangzhou and then return to HK. This route is not eligible. What's more, you can't enter by train if you'd like to use this free transit.
