Change from a spousal residents permit to a working one

Hi,

I have lived in China for the past 10 years and for the first 6 years had a working residents visa and work permit. After leaving the company I remained in China with my Chinese wife and switched to a spouse residents permit.

I now wish to return to work soon so need to apply for the correct permits but could you please explain the process.
