About:China Private Visit Visa

My husband is on a Z visa with a 1-year contract. Can I get a S1 type to stay with him for the year?

Yes, you can apply for an S1 type by providing an invitation letter from him and photocopies of his passport and PRC temporary residence permit along with your passport, passport copy, application form, and a recent color bare-headed photo.
