How much money do we need to put on our hong kong octopus card?

We are arriving into the airport on Tuesday, and staying in Kowloon. We need to return to the airport everyday to attend an exhibition. We leave on Friday.

We were planning to buy a card each but I wanted to know roughly how much to put on it?
