About:Chinese Embassy in Austria

China Visa for Chileans

I Live in Austria Since 8 months and I have the Chilean and italian passport , and my wife a chilean passport.

I have the residence in austria but with my italian passport and my wife the residence because is married to a eu citizen

I read there is no more visa fees between chile and china , So can I aply for it with my chilean passport without problems????

Luis, as you live in Austria on your Italian passport, I think you have to apply with this passport because it works as your legal stay proof. By the way, China still charge fees for Chileans, but Chile does not charge fees for Chinese citiezens.

Thanks a lot for answer, I would like to know, can I ask for the visa in Zurich if I'm living in Austria? Vienna is 6 hours from here and Zurich is about 1 hour. What do you think about it?

I think you can have a try. Neither the two countries are your home country, so it is no big deal that you apply from which country. Just for reference.
