letter for complain on visa application

My name is Adamu Inuwa Mijinyawa I filled my application form attached to my passport since 5 July 2015 wanted to attend seminar course in china on clean energy application but I couldn't get my visa ready up to now and is getting late what can I do now to get it.

Adamu, you should call the embassy or go there and see what happened. It's very likely that your application has not been approved yet or there are too many applicants so that they can't arrange an interview for you earlier.
