About:Embassy & Consulate of South Africa in China

Authentification request

How do one apply for papers to be authenticated by SA embassy? How come the website of SA Embassy in China doesn't work?

Hu, I advise you to directly contact the embassy by phone call. It's more responsive. Generally speaking, you need to first have the documents notarized before submitting them for authentication.

Thanks for the prompt feedback. The document has been notarized, and authenticated by Foreign Affair Deparment already.
I have managed to call their front desk and got the contact number accordingly, thanks.
