About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

travelling around china

Hi, I was thinking about doing some traveling around China next year. I'm not sure how long I will choose to stay, and I wondered do you need a full itinerary to get a visitors visa or is there some flexibility. I intend on visiting some friends and may end up staying longer than initial planned.

Actually, you don't need to provide the full itinerary. You can just give a rough description. As you have friends there, you don't have to book flight tickets and hotels for the whole trip before doing the application, which give you much flexibility. An invitation letter from your friend will be used for the application.
