3 days in hong kong - staying at airport hotel

What is the best and cheapest mode of transport if I stay at Airport Marriott hotel and need to see HK attractions and shopping.

You must refer to the SkyCity Marriott Hotel, right? Well, your hotel offers free shuttle buses to Disneyland Resorts. After visit, take Disneyland MTR Line, then Tung Chung line and Tsuen Wan Line to Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui for shopping. On the 2nd day, take hotel free shuttle bus to Tung Chung Station and catch the cable car to Ngong Ping 360. After getting back, go to Citygates to shop branded things which offer great discounts. On the 3rd day, still take the free bus to HKIA and use Airport Express to HK Station. Walk to Central Pier no. 7 to take bus no. 629 to Ocean Park to have fun. When returning, roam around Central for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Is the arrangement ok? Hope it is not too much for your 3 days' stay.
