Is it necessary to apply for the first time chinese entry permit you need to get a other country visited or visa first?just confused. he needs to go urgent as well.

Sumit, he doesn't need to have the entry permit for another country on his passport. I have not heard such a rule.

Sumit, he doesn't need to have the entry permit for another country on his passport. I have not heard such a rule.
