About:Hangzhou City-Bus and Taxi

I'll be arriving Hangzhou from Shanghai via High Speed Rail. Are there safe private cars for hire?

You do not need to hire or book private cars, for there are many taxis waiting in the railway station, and you can have easy access to one upon arrival. Don’t worry about that.

May I know if you wanna hire a taxi to tour around the city - West Lake and Longjing Tea Farm? If so, I heard the rental fare is CNY400-500 per day.

The Xihu (West Lake) Tea Farm is highly recommended and it is not far from the lake scenic area. Just ask the driver to take you to "Xi Hu Long Jing Cha Yuan".
