About:Year of the Pig

My son born on 09.09.1983 and presently in litigation for divorce.

His wife named Jagriti born on 14.06.1987 and married my son on 27.10.2012. She left home on 20.08.2013 threatening various consequences. My son applied for divorce on 02.09.2014 but she is not willing to give divorce and fighting the case in court. When will my son get divorce?

Ajay, your son's case has nothing to do with zodiac things. If he requires a divorce, he should find a good lawyer to help him deal with his case. When will he get divorced? To be honest, it depends on his wife and the lawyer. If his lawyer is good enough, he/she should end the case easily.
