Where is the long distance bus station in Taicang located?

In September I have to pick up a friend from the Pudong Airport. Now I search a Long-distance-bus from Taicang to PVG and back.
Does someone have an adress of the bus stations?

The General (Main) Bus Station is at the intersection of North Taiping Road and East Nanjing Road. There is no direct bus that can take you to the airport.

You can take a bus to Shanghia General Bus Station first. The schedules are from 06:00 to 17:30 with the interval of 10 to 20 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 17 per person.
After arriving, take subway line 4 to Century Avenue Station first and then transfer to subway line 2 to get to the Airport Station, Exit 1 directly.

Thank you very much. Do you know the number of the bus which I have to take? Does the staff at the ticket centre speak English?

Oh, the long-distance buses are not numbered. Just tell the destination to the staff and they will point you the pick-up station. If possible, you can write down or print out your destination in advance with help of some Chinese friend, as most people there do not speak English.
