Military Parade

I would like to ask if the parade it open for public to attend, as i will be visiting that day, which hours it is performed.

I'm afraid it is not opened to the public. Only those who receive invitations will be allowed to go inside the area. But you can see the live report on TV.
The exact beginning time is not issued yet. But it used to be 10:00.
