About:Hong Kong International Airport

My wife is traveling to Auckland via Hong Kong in Dec.

her hearing is not all that good ,she does have assistants for a wheel chair as well but feel that she might not hear something. do they the travel assistants stay with you until you are ready to bored the flight to Auckland.so that you do not miss it.

Well, as I now, there is no special service for this situation. But your wife can ask help for the staff of the airport. They will remind her to board the flight. Don't worry.
Or pay close attention to the information screens. They are of great help.
