Hey, you'll need to submit the following documents, including your passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, the original and photocopy of your work permit in Dubai, a filled-out application form attached with your recent color bare-headed photo, an invitation letter and a medical certificate issued by the hospital and a financial standing proof.
