I am planning to visit Hong Kong end of August or middle of September. Which month would be better?

Actually, there is no big difference in the average temp and rainfall between these months. Well, August is in typhoon season, and the typhoon occurs frequently, and this situation in Sep. is much better. By the way, the best travel time should be November and December, cool and sunny.0
