is 240v power outlet available in deluxe soft sleeper from hung hom to shanghai

Question

My husband has Sleep Apnoea and would like to be able to plug his machine into 240V power supply.  Would you please advise if power is available in a deluxe soft sleeper compartment on the Hung Hom - Shanghai Bullett Train?  Many thanks.  Liz Campbell

China use 220V power instead, through some people say that it can also support a difference within 10%, it would be safer if you take a small transformer. Also, a plug converter maybe needed as well.
