calling the airlines

HiI'm trying to Call the airline by call 0086 95539 because I need to change the name on a ticket. The call are not going through. Is it the right number?

If you are already in China, you may need 95539 only. Or you can try +86-4008695539-1-4 instead. However, as I know the name cannot be changed once you booked it. Anyway, you can have a try on this.
