Does the office in Edinburgh accept postal application, if yes what is the process, address to send to, cost and how do I pay?

Yes, you can send your application to the CVASC office in Edinburgh. The postal address is 2nd Floor, Exchange Tower, 19 Canning Street, City of Edinburgh, EH3 8EG, UK. You should pay  through Payment Authorization Form. Please first complete the debit card Payment Authorization Form and include it in your application package posted to the Centre. Your fee will be deducted from your credit card according to the actual amount. The authorization form can be downloaded from the website of the center.The cost for a single entry is 120 pounds if you apply via mails.
