About:Harbin Ice Festival

I'm Planning to go Harbin early Jan 2016 about 3/4 days.

Do you cater private guide? I don't mind having 2 or 3 more travellers together but not more than that. And my date also flexible.

We are also travelling to Harbin and likely to be from 9 to 12 Jan. There are 3 of us and what are the dates you will be there ?
