About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Why are your phones not being answered?

I held the phone waiting for 1-1/2 hrs. This morning and 1-1/2 hrs. This afternoon. This is not acceptable, despite your recording saying you are having a higher volume of calls than normal. Please respond to me by e-mail at mjlivesey@outlook.com.

Lively, this isn't the official website of Chinese embassy/consulates in Canada. If you consult vsa matters, you should dial between 09:00 and 12:00 from Monday to Friday. Many guys said that the hotline for the embassy or consular offices are very difficult to call. I had the same experience.
