what is the best way to travel from beijing capital airport to holiday inn express?

My family and I (3 in total) will be arriving on Aug 22nd at 6:40 pm.  We need transportation to the Holiday Inn Express Minzuyuan from the airport and then back to the airport early Saturday morning, August 29 to catch our flight that leaves at 8:00 am.  Is it better to take a shuttle and if so, which one?  Or just take a taxi?

You are suggested to take airport express to Sanyuanqiao Station first. Then transfer to subway line 10 to Beitucheng Station, Exit D2. The whole way takes around half an hour. After arriving, walk north around 700 yards to find the hotel. Or just take a cab directly. It takes about CNY110-120. According to your departure time, you need to take a taxi to go to the airport directly. BTW, this website provides airport pick-up and see-off service with responsible driver.
