I will be staying in DL ancient town, which bus station should I take a comfortable express bus to Lijiang. What bus should I take and what is the bus fare.Do I need to buy the tickets in advance. If yes, how many days in advance should I buy the tickets.thank you.rosna

Take local bus no. 8 or catch a taxi from the old town to Xingsheng Road Bus Station to take a direct bus to Lijiang. Express buses are scheduled at 08:30, 10:00, 13:30, and 16:30. The bus fare is CNY74-80. Generally, it is fine to get a bus ticket at sight. Booking ticket is not a must. Just relax!
