Are tourist visas issued to Nigerians? What's the process for obtaining such one?

Zee, I'm afraid the embassy does not issue tourist types to Nigerians. On the website of the consular office in Nigeria, there is no information about applying for the tourist type. Besides, I heard a person from this country said he could not get the tourist type entry permit. Therefore, I sugegst you first confirm this with the embassy.0
