how to choose the closest section to visit the great wall

I am visiting: Luoyang, Beijing, Xian, Guangxi, Yunnan and Sichuan, from where of this places would be better to visit the the wall. and what's the name of the section closest to my itinerary.Regards.

Of course, you should go to Beijing. Many sections of the wall can be found in the suburbs of Beijing. If you don't have much time, I think you should go to Badaling. The transportation is convenient. You can take no.877 or 919 bus to go there. It takes 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then spend around 2 or 3 hours on the wall and get back by the same bus.
