About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Applying for U.S visa in Beijing

Am from a 3rd country and leaves and work in China ,I would like to apply for a U.S entry permit in Beijing. is it ok? If yes than what kind of Chinese entry permit category qualifies for U.S application. Am currently on a Marriage type since my wife is Chinese. Your answer will be of a great help thanks.

Josh, you can apply from the embassy in Beijing. All kinds of PRC entry permit qualify for the application. Since you are on a spouse type, I guess you have a residence permit, right? If so, the longer the remaining validity of the residence permit, the bigger the chance you can get the US pass.
