If you are in baggage claim at PEK, how do you get to an ATM machine?

There are a lot of ATMs in different terminal buildings in that airport, and most of them are located in the arrival hall or departure lobby (you can reach whilst claiming your baggage). Upon your arrival, you can find one easily. There are signs in English, you will not miss them.
