James, the necessary application documents are as follows:
1. Your passport and a photocopy of the passport's photo page. The passport should be valid for at least six months and has more than two blank pages.
2. A filled-out application form with a recently-taken passport style photo applied on it.
3. A guarantee letter from your work unit.
4. Bank deposit certificate, with a balance not less than 5 million shillings in the recent six months.
5. The original and photocopy of your residence permit in Uganda.
6. An invitation letter from trade partner in China.
