from pudong airport to Grand Central hotel by metro?

You can take subway line 2, get off at East Nanjing Road Station, Exit 4.
It takes around an hour on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per person.
After arriving, walk southeast around 450 yards to find the destination.
