how & where to make 190 hk$ bank draft in dubai for hongkong visit entry permit fees ?

Hi.Where we can make 190 HK$ bank draft or cashier order in dubai to send it hong kong immigration department for visa fees. I live in dubai and I have send all my documents except Bank draft and now my HK entry permit has been approved but I have to send 190 HK$ to hongkong immigration department. Can anyone help me out ?

Well, the cashier order or bank draft should be issued by a bank which has a connected bank in the HKSAR and made payable to The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. That is to say, you need to find a bank that has connection with HK and then fill out te bank draft or cashier order.

Thanks for your answer but unfortunately it doesn't help me out because I have asked almost banks & money exchanges and post offices in dubai they don't make hongkong dollar bank draft or cashier order. Plus unfortunately I don't know anybody in hongkong who can submit the fee for me so that is why I posted my question on this website to get information from peoples who have applied for hong kong visa from dubai and made visa fee bank draft or cashier order in dubai. Thanks
