Transfer is needed for this route. Walk to Sai Kung Terminus, take bus no. 299X and get off at Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus. At the station, transfer to bus no. E42 to HKIA directly. The whole journey takes 110-120min and the fare is 24.2HKD.1
